As a nuggs fan, I fully believe they will win, but the thing that scares me about Miami is their ability to play at their top level for 48 minutes every game. They can will all the little battles, play great D, slow the game down, and hit enough shots to win any game. But, as you say, even if they do this, and Denver doesn't shoot well, it still may not be enough. Was very glad that the Nuggs got the Heat in the finals since it is such a good match-up for them, but now seeing why the Heat are so good in the playoffs.
My sentiments exactly. It's like the Heat have to have an A-game and the Nugs can't be better than a C-game for Miami to have a chance. And independent of Miami's play, the odds of the Nuggets having three straight bad games is approaching zero.
Fantastic breakdown, thank you for this!
