That's pretty much what happened to me ha, my brother-in-law had a work conference there so we were able to tag along. Wouldn't have planned it that way but couldn't say no. It was awesome!

I feel like the Knicks were also able to get some of their guys to re-sign at very low numbers, though losing Mitch will hurt. Any thoughts on the Spurs and Tobias Harris? I was debating with someone whether he or Rui would be better for the Spurs but seems like Rui didn’t want to leave LA.
It was great, highly recommend! I really like Harris to the Spurs. Great locker room guy, solid defender, and a just-good-enough shooter to let his bully-ball game breathe. Harris one of those guys whose contracts have always overshadowed his production to his detriment, but he’ll be really helpful for Spurs
getting Santi Aldama for next-to-nothing is in no way a bad move. in fact, it becomes an awesome move if it provides motivation for Mavs to hurry up & actually trade PJ Washington + Daniel Gafford already.
You could be right, I'm a fan of Aldama in a vacuum! I just don't see the path to clear playing time right now. I'd be thrilled if the Mavs could create a cleaner path in the frontcourt for Flagg and Aldama.

they had 2 PFs and 1 C, 2/3 were non-shooting, in their starting lineup and won the championship with the 5th best offense in the nation
