The Nuggets bench might be one of the worst in the league among playoff teams (minus Russ, cuz well, it's Russ).

The Pels will move Ingram for Ayton, though Ingram will somehow end up in Miami or Milwaukee.

I'm not super optimistic about the Nuggets bench, especially if (as I suspect) Julian Strawther eventually ends up being with the starters more than the reserves. There's talent there, but the fit is ugly.

The Ingram move would provide so much clarity for the Pelicans. Not sure the Blazers should still want him given they just traded for Avdija, but you never know!

Hence Ingram ending up in Miami or Milwaukee...I think he fits both teams and their needs.

Ah sorry, missed that. I agree, he'd be fun in Milwaukee! Not sure he fits Miami as well just given how many midrange people they already have there, even if they're trying to launch more threes this year.

But as a Middleton replacement in Milwaukee, he'd be able to step in and add some real firepower. I like that.

Let it be known I detest anyone from Duke, so I would hate to saddle Giannis with him.

So just to be clear, this doubles as your Western conference rankings prediction right? I love the Phoenix take. Bold but fair. I'm pretty much with you the whole way but I'd move Memphis up to 4 and just slide everyone else down. I'd put the Lakers above the Rockets too at least, maybe the Pels also.

Yep! I forgot to put that at the top, although I explained it in the Eastern section.

That’s fair for Memphis, I was really high on them initially so I could see it.

There isn’t much separating teams 2-5 and like 6-11, so I’m assuming we’ll have another pretty wild finish to the season
